The First Aid Level 1 (Provide Onsite First Aid Training – HLTAID002) course is for those people wishing to acquire skills and knowledge to perform emergency First Aid in the first few minutes after a life threatening incident. The course being offered will be delivered by Onsite First Aid (https://www.onsitefirstaid.com.au/first-aid-level-one) and is a fully accredited course. Council is offering to heavily subsidise the cost for your Club so the cost is only $30 per person. Course details as follows:

Time: 6.30pm – 10pm with light snacks and refreshments provided
Venue: St Kilda Town Hall (Council Chambers)
At this stage we are offering the opportunity for two people per club (This may be extended to more – Please advise if you think your club will have more than 2 people interested).

It is a legal requirement and a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is necessary to serve alcohol at any licensed venue in Victoria,CoPP are offering this opportunity people at your club free of charge (clubs must be a registered good sports club to get free registration), this is a great opportunity for some of your club members to gain this certificate to be able to serve alcohol.
